What is the maximum axle load capacity for this wheel set?
Each wheel is load-rated to 1,250kg, providing a combined total axle capacity of 2,500kg. This ensures the wheels exceed the legal requirements for all VW Transporter models, including the heavy-duty T32 (3,200kg GVW).
Is the internal barrel diameter compatible with T32 heavy-duty brake callipers?
Yes. The 20-inch internal barrel diameter of the Maverick provides sufficient clearance for the larger OEM brake callipers found on the VW Transporter T32 (340mm discs) and the current VW Crafter/MAN TGE braking systems.
What is the centre bore and how is it adapted for the VW hub?
The wheels feature a 72.6mm centre bore. We include a set of four 65.1mm hub-centric spigot rings in the fitting kit to ensure the wheel is perfectly aligned to the VW hub, preventing wheel vibration.
